Older Edinburgh walls

TV wall mounting: common questions
Can you hide the cables?
Usually, depending on the wall. On stud walls we can often run cables inside the wall. On solid walls we use slim paintable trunking, or chase the cable in where that is suitable. We will tell you the options after looking at the wall.
Do I need to buy a bracket?
No, we can supply a suitable bracket for your TV size and the position you want.
Will the bracket hold my TV safely?
Yes, as long as the bracket is rated for your TV's weight and fixed with the right fixings for your wall. We check both before mounting.
How long does wall mounting take?
Usually between 20 minutes and an hour, depending on the TV size, the bracket and whether cables are being hidden.
Do I need to supply anything?
Just the TV and its leads. Many TVs come with a bracket; if yours does not, tell us the make, model and screen size when you call and we can bring a suitable one.
