Why does my Sky box say no satellite signal?
Most often the dish has moved, the LNB on the arm of the dish has failed, or a cable is damaged. Check the cables at the box first, then give us a call.
Do you work on Sky Q dishes?
Yes. Sky Q needs a specific type of LNB, and we carry them.
Is it worth repairing an old dish?
Usually yes. The dish itself rarely fails; it is the LNB, cable or alignment, all of which are inexpensive to fix.
Why does my TV say "No signal" on satellite?
If you have checked the cables to the box and TV and the message is still there, the dish may have been knocked out of alignment, often by bad weather. Call us and we will realign or repair it.
