Questions people ask
Why is my TV saying no signal?
The most common causes are a damaged cable or connector, an aerial that has been knocked out of alignment, or a fault in a splitter or amplifier inside the house. Try a retune and check the cable is pushed in at both ends. If that does not fix it, call us.
How much does an aerial repair cost?
It depends on the fault and access, so we find the fault first and agree a fixed price before doing any work. See our prices page for what is included.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
Often, yes, especially if you call in the morning. Otherwise it is usually the next working day.
Can you work on a system another company installed?
Yes. We regularly fix and upgrade aerials, dishes and Freesat or Sky setups fitted by other installers, including ones that have never worked properly.
Should I try to fix my aerial or dish myself?
We would not recommend it. Working on a roof or ladder is dangerous, and a dish or aerial that is a few degrees out can make reception worse. Most faults are quick and inexpensive for us to fix safely.
Will you tell me if it is not worth fixing?
Yes. If a repair would cost more than it is worth, or a new aerial would serve you better, we will explain why and let you decide. You only pay for work you agree to.
