TV reception in Dalkeith
Midlothian sits further from the main transmitter than central Edinburgh, and the rolling ground around the Esk valleys means signal strength can change noticeably from one estate to the next. Getting the aerial type and alignment right matters more here than in the city.
New housing at Shawfair, Danderhall and around Newtongrange often has loft aerials or none at all. We can test what's possible at your plot and fit whatever will give a reliable picture.

My new-build has no aerial. What do I need?
We test the signal and recommend a roof, wall or loft aerial, then connect it to the sockets the builder fitted, and test each point, adding an amplifier only if the signal needs it.
